Earlier this afternoon, police warned people to "avoid the area" amid an ongoing incident on Marine Road.
North Wales Fire and Rescue Service is also believed to have been called to this incident.
Police said it concerns the safety of an individual.
A police spokesperson said: "We are in attendance to an ongoing incident concerning the safety of an individual."
