Irish TV personality Maura Higgins is confirmed as a co-host for Peacock's upcoming reality competition series, Get Me Out Of Here, which is a US adaptation of the popular I'm a Celebrity show. She will share hosting duties with Rob Rausch, her former The Traitors US co-star, even though he betrayed her in the final episode of that show. The new series is set to premiere in 2027 and pairs celebrities with non-famous friends or family members. Maura Higgins has now been confirmed as a co-host of Peacock's new US take on I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! The new series will put a fresh spin on the widely known format, where the series "is set in a dense and unforgiving jungle, pairing celebrities with a non-famous friend or family member in the ultimate test of friendship". The Irish star will reunite with her The Traitors US co-star Rob Rausch to front the new reality competition series, currently titled Get Me Out Of Here, which is set to premiere on Peacock in 2027. While fans might be surprised to see Maura and Rob teaming up once again, the pair already have plenty of history together. The duo first crossed paths on The Traitors US earlier this year, where their close friendship became one of the season's biggest talking points. The pair reached the final together, only for Maura to discover that Rob had been secretly playing as a Traitor - making their decision to team up again all the more unexpected. Despite the betrayal, there appear to be no hard feelings between the pair. In fact, Rob later promised Maura a very generous apology gift after his victory, eventually giving her a Hermès Birkin bag. Now, the former Love Island stars will put their complicated history aside as they take on hosting duties together. The beloved Irish personality's sharp whit and charismatic charm first won over global audiences when she became a finalist on Love Island UK, before going on to land the hosting role on Love Island USA: Aftersun. Earlier this year, she once again captured the attention of audiences across the globe on The Traitors U.S., finishing as runner-up and delivering one of the show's most shocking and viral moments when she discovered that her partner had betrayed her in the final. And if that wasn't enough, Higgins is moving on to even bigger and better things, as she is not only set to join the cast of the hit US Dancing With The Stars series, but hosting both Blind Date and Get Me Out Of Here! , simultaneously. It seems there is no stopping the Longford woman's American takeover - and with another major TV role now secured, Maura is proving that she is well and truly here to stay
