Candace Cameron Bure breaks down as haters continue to target her biggest insecurity
Candace Cameron Bure couldn't hold back her emotions as she spoke about the "constant criticism" she had faced for years due to her "annoying voice."
On the latest episode of The Candace Cameron Bure Podcast, the 50-year-old actress broke down in tears as she recalled hurtful comments she's read about herself online.
"I get a lot of criticism for my voice," she told viewers. "People always comment [on] how annoying my voice is."
The Full House alum even claimed she's read comments saying, ''I turned off my TV because her voice is so annoying.''
While wiping away tears, Candace admitted, 'It's a lot. It's the one criticism I constantly hear is my voice."
The Home Sweet Christmas actress added that reading Bible verses has given her more confidence about her voice.
'I've never had more people say to me, 'I love to hear you read the Bible. You make the Bible come alive for me. Will you keep reading the bible, please? I love the sound of your voice,'' Candace shared.
'It feels so redemptive that, like, God's using the very thing that glorifies him and the thing that's brought me pain and then be rewarded for it. Not in a personal way rewarded. But people like the sound of my voice when I read the Bible. So I'm like, 'This is amazing,'' she added.
