Parti Québécois Leader Paul St-Pierre Plamondon says if his party forms the next provincial government it would 'simply commit to doing a due diligence review' of the tentative Churchill Falls agreement. Asked by a reporter Monday if a PQ government could possibly tear up the deal upon seeing the terms, St-Pierre Plamondon was mitigated in his response. 'That's not our intention.
