Job Description
The National Training Manager (NTM), Patient Services Access Team, supports Access and Reimbursement Training, with a focus on the Retail Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) organization. This role designs and delivers practical, compliant training solutions that strengthen participant performance and learning outcomes. The NTM represents Training and Development and Franchise Strategy across training programs, builds strong stakeholder relationships at multiple levels, and applies strong facilitation, coaching, strategic alignment, and training fundamentals.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver compliant learning solutions that increase participant effectiveness and credibility.
Build trust and credibility with key stakeholders through regular interaction, feedback, and strong working partnerships.
Leverage existing Learning and Development platforms and Franchise training content to reduce duplicative efforts.
Communicate directly and openly with key stakeholders to foster positive relationships and mutual alignment.
Provide candid, specific verbal and written feedback to training participants, including strengths, development opportunities, and plans for improved performance.
Assess participant skill levels and adjust coaching and training techniques to meet individual learning needs.
Develop Guest Trainers and/or Regional Field Trainers by assigning meaningful roles during foundational training and ongoing learning.
Apply knowledge of stakeholder businesses, strategies, and priorities to integrate training activities into franchise team business plans.
Lead cross-functional initiatives and support special projects within the training organization.
Assist with onboarding, development, and mentorship of other NTMs while leading through teamwork and cultivating positive peer relationships.
Execute responsibilities with limited guidance or direction from senior leadership.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Understanding of adult learning principles.
Proven experience developing and using core learning and teaching platforms (i.e. PowerPoint, Articulate Rise, and iSpring)
Three or more years of pharmaceutical field experience as an Account Executive or Field Reimbursement Manager, with extensive knowledge of the access and reimbursement landscape; or comparable previous training experience.
Prior experience leading projects with regional or national impact.
High-performing track record and strong understanding of what drives success in a commercial organization.
Demonstrated ability to partner with individuals at all levels of management and align training with business strategy.
Proven ability to integrate business trends, brand strategies, and marketplace drivers into plans that strengthen competitive advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working within and using a learning management system (LMS).
Prior sales, training, or access and reimbursement experience in the Migraine or Psychiatry space.
Knowledge and understanding of basic AI principles to improve training efficiency and content creation.
Knowledge of and exposure to health sciences, market access, and/or account management.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
