From 8-10 September 2026, El Alamein International Airport will welcome the global aviation, aerospace and space community as El Alamein International Airshow returns with an expanded programme of innovation, business and international collaboration. Hosted in Egypt's rapidly developing Mediterranean destination of New El Alamein City, the event combines a world-class international exhibition, spectacular flying displays and the Aerospace Future Technology Symposium, creating one of the region's premier platforms for investment, technology, partnership and industry dialogue. Building on the success of its inaugural edition, El Alamein International Airshow 2026 continues to evolve as a meeting place for the organisations shaping the future of flight. From commercial aviation and aerospace manufacturing to advanced air mobility, satellite technologies and next-generation innovation, the event showcases the ideas, technologies and partnerships driving the industry's future. Aerospace Future Technology Symposium Headline Sponsor: Lockheed Martin Held on 7 September, the Aerospace Future Technology Symposium brought together senior government representatives, civil aviation authorities, space agencies and industry leaders to examine the trends transforming aviation and aerospace. Sessions explored artificial intelligence, advanced manufacturing, autonomy, civil aviation development, space technologies and international collaboration, with keynote addresses from distinguished speakers representing Egypt and the global aerospace community. Flying Display Programme Alongside the conference and exhibition, visitors will experience an exciting programme of flying displays featuring military and civilian aircraft, internationally renowned aerobatic display teams and aviation demonstrations celebrating engineering excellence and the future of flight. The inaugural 2024 edition welcomed more than 10,000 visitors, over 200 exhibitors and participants from more than 80 countries, earning recognition from international aerospace media and establishing a strong foundation for continued growth. The Royal Aeronautical Society described the event as 'a well-run show' with 'genuine promise' that 'may well become a fixture on the international circuit.'
