Grabbing a bite on Night Ramen's patio

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Located in downtown Colorado Springs, Night Ramen serves up fresh Asian-inspired cuisine with a unique dining atmosphere. The kitchen is a chef-centered scratch kitchen, which means that all of their food is made fresh in-house. You can find Night Ramen at 324 E Pikes Peak Ave in downtown Colorado Springs. The restaurant is open from 5 – 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 5 – 10 p.m. Friday & Saturday. Night Ramen will also be open on Labor Day. You can check out their menu by clicking here. Loving Living Local's Kenny Johnson tasted the kimchi cucumbers, crispy rice salad, pork dumplings, chashu pork ramen, and chicken curry ramen. The chicken curry ramen is Night Ramen's September special, and the kimchi cucumbers are $5 on Mondays.
