On September 7, 2026, OMH SCIENCE Group Co., Ltd announced that Zibo Jiangtu Hengsong Holdings Co., Ltd has withdrawn a temporary proposal, regarding a Proposal on the By-election of Independent Directors of the Company, in connection with the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on September 11, 2026.
