Watch this wild Montana woman slap two moose that attacked her dogs

Have you ever wanted to watch a suburban dog mom slap a moose? This is a real thing that happened in Big Sky, Montana, on August 27. You have to watch the whole thing now. I don't make the rules. Mad respect to this lady for standing against not one, but two of the most frightening beasts in North America. A moose is no joke, people! Those things pack a huge amount of mass and muscle behind a brain that is often very angry for no clear reason. Thankfully in this case, local news reports that this woman's quick thinking saw everyone — human and dog — get out of this altercation relatively unscathed: Shelly Thorburn noticed immediately that the two moose were visiting and tried yelling to get them to go away. 'And it was probably like 20 seconds,' Thorburn told CNN. 'And then I looked around the side of the house, and it was mama moose coming, running as fast as she could with her ears pinned back. And making these kind of grunting noises.' ... Thorburn slapped the moose during the incident, but that wasn't enough to get them to leave her backyard. She then grabbed bear spray and scared them off. She really did slap that moose, y'all! And again, in case you missed it above: "None of Thorburn's dogs were injured." I don't mess with moose.
