TEHRAN: Oman's SalamAir has resumed direct flights from Muscat, with two weekly services planned, JFeed reported on Sunday. The route connects the Omani capital to Imam Khomeini International Airport after being suspended.
However, the airline's website still displayed an earlier notice saying flights to and from Iran remained suspended until further notice.
That notice carries an October 7 update date. SalamAir attributed the disruption to airspace closures, regional developments, and safety and regulatory requirements.
