The IRGC of Iran reports on the seizure of the promising Dive LD deep-sea vehicle developed by the American company Anduril in the Strait of Hormuz. The device is designed to perform a wide range of potential underwater tasks, including underwater surveillance and reconnaissance, seabed mapping, mine detection, inspection of underwater cables and pipelines, anti-submarine defense support, as well as data collection and transmission. It is likely that the device in this case was used to search for Iranian-placed naval mines. The first Dive-LD was transferred to the US Navy's UUVRON-1 unmanned underwater vehicle unit in 2025 for operational evaluation. The second photo is provided for comparison. Military Informant
