KC Gonzalez is the founder of Gonza Gardens, an urban yard, permaculture, food forest. She recently founded Tampa Food Forest Initiative, a nonprofit focused on food forest education, sustainable gardening, water conservation and ecological stewardship. KC also sells tropical edibles and pollinator plants through her other business, Food Forest Finds.
