High-level Delegation Visits Mufti Mahmood Teaching Hospital, Reviews Healthcare Facilities

Dera Ismail Khan, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Aug, 2026) Member of the National Assembly Faisal Amin Gandapur, Commissioner Dera Daud Khan, Hospital Director Dr Farukh Jameel and Additional Hospital Director Dr Tahir Khan Gandapur visited the Drug Rehabilitation Centre, Coronary Care Unit (CCU) and Cath Lab of Mufti Mahmood Memorial Teaching Hospital (MTI), Dera Ismail Khan. During the visit, the delegation inspected various facilities and reviewed the medical services being provided to patients. The officials were briefed about the functioning of the Drug Rehabilitation Centre, CCU and Cath Lab, as well as the facilities available for patients. The delegation appreciated the hospital administration and medical staff for maintaining discipline and providing quality healthcare services. The visiting officials also reviewed the progress of ongoing healthcare initiatives and expressed satisfaction over the facilities being developed to strengthen specialised medical care in the district. Hospital Director Dr Farukh Jameel and Additional Hospital Director Dr Tahir Khan Gandapur briefed the delegation about the hospital's services, ongoing projects and measures being taken to improve patient care. The hospital administration reaffirmed its commitment to providing quality treatment and improved medical facilities to patients and further strengthening healthcare services in the area.
