美国财长贝森特：美债回购旨在平息市场'狂热情绪'

Odaily星球日报讯 美国财政部长贝森特表示，上月扩大美国国债回购计划，是为了平息债券市场正在形成的'狂热'情绪，并推动市场价格回归均衡。贝森特称，自己无法改变市场均衡价格，但希望减少市场过度投机。他表示，如果投资者真正担忧美国债务信用，应卖出美债、买入德国国债，但目前市场表现并非如此。
贝森特否认财政部回购国债相当于美联储量化宽松，称该措施更类似于美联储过去的'扭曲操作'（OperationTwist）。此次回购计划扩大背景是美国 30 年期国债收益率升至 2007 年以来最高水平。
