近年来，印江自治县立足得天独厚的自然条件，推行'龙头企业+合作社+菇农'发展模式，大力推广'水稻+黑木耳'轮作栽培模式，有效提高土地利用率与产出率，实现粮食生产与食用菌产业双丰收。
该模式带动群众就近务工挣薪金、土地流转得租金、入股经营分红金、自主种植获售金，推动产业提质增效，助力农民稳定增收。
