Dems gain over GOP in Clark County voter registration, continue 2026 trend

I told you last month about thedramatic changesin Nevada voter registration over the last few cycles. The Democratic dominance in Clark County, which is where Las Vegas and 70 percent of voters are, is over. But this year's trend continually has seen Democrats gain in Clark County over the GOP, moving an 83,500 edge in January to close to 85,000 today. The Dem gains have been consistent and have overcome voter roll cleanups that alway benefit Republicans because Dem voters are more transient.
