Damascus, Sept. 7 ( SANA) Chief of the General Staff at the Ministry of Defense, Major General Ali al-Naasan, received on Monday a U.S. military delegation, headed by Rear Admiral Liam M. Hulin, commander of the Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR), in the presence of several officers.
The meeting addressed a number of issues of mutual interest, primarily counterterrorism efforts and regional developments.
