Scottie Scheffler is the best golfer on the planet right now, and he has been for quite some time in fairness. Jordan Spieth certainly isn't the only golfer to have fallen way behind the levels that Scheffler has been consistently producing. Spieth and Scheffler play plenty of golf together away from the PGA Tour, so the three-time major champion gets a close-up view of the world number one's brilliance on a regular basis. 'Do you think that's affected him at all? 'I'm just saying, like, look, I mean, everywhere he showed up in Dallas, whether it was a sporting event, dinner, or going to play golf. He was the man. Like they do with everybody. 'It's gotta be a little tough. Like, 'God, I was the man. I was the one everybody wanted to come to their events and be around'. They still want Jordan, but Scottie's just at a whole other level right now, and I just was curious if maybe mentally or anything, it's affected him at all.' Jordan Spieth urged to make some big changes Knost highlighted how Spieth may need to make some changes to his team moving forward. 'He's got so much offense. It's just, all hell breaks loose sometimes out there. He makes so many big numbers. 'There was a tournament this year, I mean, like, he led in birdies for the week, and he finished, like, 23rd or something like that. 'Look, I love his team. I love everyone around Jordan, but he has been in a funk for quite some time. 'Now, I know he had the injury. And that was a big part of it, but eventually, something's got to change. 'He's gotta mix something up here and at least get maybe, like, a second look and just get this ball-striking back to what it used to be, because it's a big problem. 'I mean, I know he hit the cart path, but he hit it out of bounds on the first hole at the Wyndham Championship.'
