North Dakota Troopers Make 22 DWI Arrests

North Dakota Highway Patrol troopers made 22 impaired-driving arrests during the first three days of Labor Day weekend enforcement. Preliminary totals through Sunday included 941 traffic stops, 12 drug-related arrests and responses to 16 crashes. The Highway Patrol says increased enforcement continues through Monday as holiday travelers return home. Drivers are being reminded to slow down, wear seat belts and arrange a sober ride after drinking.
