Alayna Bruckner continued the outstanding start to her cross country season, but the Eastbrook senior wasn't the only local athlete to have a standout performance at the annual Marion Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 5.
For the third time in four races, Bruckner was first to cross the finish line and she collected the champion's trophy for the girls' Gold Division race on the course at Indiana Wesleyan University.
