A drowning was reported at Falls Lake on Monday afternoon.
The Wake County Sheriff's Department responded around 2:30 p.m. to reports of a swimmer drowning near the 14600 block of Creedmoor Road, near Sandling Beach.
Multiple agencies responded to the call, including Wake County EMS, Northern Wake Fire Department, and Wake Forest Fire Department.
