Veolia is not going down without a fight after a Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District committee recommended replacing the longtime wastewater operator with Jacobs Solutions for the district's next 10-year wastewater operations contract. In a letter sent last week to MMSD executive director Kevin Shafer, Veolia urged the full MMSD Commission to conduct its own review
