The head of KNP 'Kherson Engineering City Emergency Rescue Service' has changed. Since September 7, it has been headed by Viktor Fysunenko. The changes are reflected in the Youcontrol registry. Before that, KHIMARS was headed by Andriy Zaluzhny. Viktor Fysunenko previously headed the Bereznehuvata District Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine in Mykolaiv Oblast. In 2020 he ran for the Skadovsk District and Hola Prystan City Councils from the For the Future party, financed by Ihor Kolomoisky, who is in custody on suspicion of misappropriating PrivatBank funds and legalizing property obtained by criminal means. Recall that at the end of July KP 'Kherson City Bureau of Technical Inventory' was renamed to 'Kherson Engineering City Emergency Rescue Service'. In early August it became known that the company's primary activity is activity in the field of public order and safety.
