Carbondale non-profit to host Native Tree and Shrub sale

CARBONDALE, Ill. (Heartland News) - A non-profit organization in Carbondale will host a native tree and shrub sale on October 3. Keep Carbondale Beautiful will host he Fall Native Tree & Shrub Sale on Saturday, October 3, from 8:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. The organization will offer the public native trees and shrubs at affordable prices. Executive Director Jessica Edmond says the sale supports, 'both local landscapes and our mission to keep Carbondale green and beautiful.' Pre-orders are open now through September 26th, and details, including a list of plants that can be ordered, are available at the Keep Carbondale Beautiful website.
