ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) — Another nice day for Tuesday with a mix of clouds and sun. Temps will start to warm into the low 80s as winds shift out of the southwest. Remaining dry however! Overnight we sit partly cloudy with lows in the 60s. A cold front approaches for Wednesday which will continue to bring warmer temperatures and an increase in the humidity. Highs will reach into the mid 80s with dewpoints back near 70 as winds become breezy out of the southwest at 15-20 mph. Rain chances will then return late Wednesday evening and into the day Thursday. The SPC has NW PA under a slight risk(level 1/5) for strong to severe storms, something to keep a watch for! Passing showers and storms on Thursday as the front comes through. Not expecting a wash out however we do remain warm and muggy. Download our WTAJ Your Weather Authority app on your Apple or Android phone to stay up to date with your local weather. Friday will be breezy, cooler and drier. It should be a good night for Friday night football. Submit Suggested Correction Δ
