Knots Landing star Donna Mills does 100 sit-ups every day, and that's not all. The 85-year-old also plays tennis five times a week. She says her past as a ballet dancer gave her a 'discipline that most people don't have.' Donna Mills' workout routine puts all others' to shame. The Knots Landing star admitted that, at 85 years old, she remains focused on staying active and completely cuts out sugar in her diet. (Nacho cheese-flavored Doritos, however, are fair game.) 'I do 100 sit-ups a day, 50 leg lifts, lots of stretching. I have a ballet barre in my little gym. And ride the bike for about 45 minutes or an hour,' she told Fox News Digital in an interview. The actress also said she tries to play tennis five times a week and, due to her background as a ballet dancer, has a 'discipline that most people don't.' 'I mean, I was on pointe, the whole thing... ballet is very hard,' she added, noting that her fitness regimen is 'a lot' and 'you got to work at it.' As for her stance on sweets, Mills told Fox News Digital that she's been 'anti-sugar' ever since she read the 1975 book Sugar Blues. '[It] really talked about the sugar industry and everything, and I have stayed away from it ever since.' Doritos, though, are her guilty pleasure—even if she knows they're bad for her. She even used to get gifted bags of the crunchy snack on sets. 'I'm a Doritos addict,' Mills confessed. 'I mean, it's not good for you. It's not. You know, I know I shouldn't do it... I don't eat them as much as I used to. But they're still a treat.' Donna Mills on 'Knots Landing'. Podcast, she's already making 'many six figures.') Although she originally knew nothing about the adults-only platform, Mills—who also appeared as Madeline Reeves on General Hospital—told Fox News Digital she's now fully embracing the new opportunity to connect with fans. 'I think what the page will be, will be spicy. That's kind of always been my thing, to be a little spicy,' Mills said, noting that she's even shared her past Playboy photos. 'I think they'll react to that, they'll like that, and also it's my chance to communicate with them through the videos and things like that and talk to them.' Mills insisted people are not only interested in seeing sexy snaps of her, but they're looking for peeks inside her home and what she does during the day. 'They want to know much more about my personal life than we ever experienced back in the '80s and the '90s that, you know, the fans were cut off from,' she explained. Mills continued, 'When I kind of looked at it a few years ago and said, 'What do I want to do with this portion of my life, this chapter in my life?' I said, 'I'd like to be an inspiration.' I'd like to show people, and particularly women, that it doesn't have to be over. It's just a new chapter. It's not the end... It's just something you can enjoy. You should enjoy. It's part of your life.'
