Macron asked von der Leyen to prepare a "pan-European legislative act" prohibiting access to social networks for children under the age of 15. This is reported by AFP with reference to a letter addressed by the French leader to the head of the European Commission. Macron also called for the possibility of "clearly identifying and regulating functions that cause dependence, as well as introducing default security standards."
