On 9/6/26 at 10:14 a.m. in the 5700 block of 40th Avenue SW, sheriff's deputies arrested Evan Carlos Neal, 22, on suspicion of violation of domestic violence no contact order. On 9/6/26 at 12:32 p.m. in the 17900 block of Cougar Mountain Trail, sheriff's deputies arrested Robert Wayne Munkirs, 54, on suspicion of 1) second-degree malicious mischief, 2) possession, use of controlled substance, 3) resisting arrest, and 4) tamper with physical evidence.
