Pakistani students can pursue undergraduate studies in the United States through Binghamton University's Achievement Scholarship, which offers selected students up to approximately $30,000 per year.
Binghamton University awards the scholarship to 25 incoming first-year students each year. Of these, 20 students receive $10,000 annually, while five students can receive funding of up to about $30,000 per year.
The awards can continue for up to four years, provided students meet the GPA requirements set under the scholarship conditions.
International students, including applicants from Pakistan, can receive a limited number of scholarships through Binghamton University's admission process. Importantly, students do not need to submit a separate application for the Achievement Scholarship, as the university automatically considers eligible applicants.

Financial Support
The university offers two levels of Achievement Scholarship funding. Twenty incoming first-year students receive $10,000 each year, while five students can receive up to approximately $30,000 annually.
The higher award is linked to Binghamton University's estimated in-state full cost of attendance. However, international students should note that this amount may not cover their complete education expenses.
For the 2026-27 academic year, the university estimates the annual cost of attendance for out-of-state students at around $55,716. Therefore, Pakistani students may need additional funds for tuition, accommodation, food, travel, insurance and personal expenses.
Eligibility and Selection
The Achievement Scholarship is aimed at outstanding incoming first-year undergraduate students. Binghamton University considers applicants based on factors such as academic performance, intended major, program participation, donor preferences and, for some awards, financial need.
Students who receive the scholarship must maintain the required GPA to continue receiving the award. If a recipient fails to meet the required academic standard in a later year, the university may select another student from the same class year for the available scholarship funding.
