Outgoing Transfer Tracker: How Georgia's departures performed in Week 1

Largely, Georgia has done an impressive job of retaining its key players under head coach Kirby Smart. However, some players will look to pursue other opportunities. Georgia lost a typical number of players, and the hope for the Bulldogs is that they retained those needed to be successful in 2026. Since entering the transfer portal earlier this offseason, all but one of the departing players (Offensive lineman Nyier Daniels, who faces legal issues) have found new college football homes. Here, Dawgs247 takes a look at how former Bulldogs did at their new schools during Week 1 of the college football season. We will then break down the stats for the transfers that played each week. Georgia has had 17 players transfer out since the 2025 season ended, and several others remain on college rosters who transferred out in previous years.
