Simone Biles is back in the gym!
In a video shared on Instagram, the 29-year-old gold medalist took fans along as she and a friend spent time at World Champions Center, the Houston gym where she has trained for years.
"Whew, okay, I'm at the gym," Biles said in the video with the words, "old girl, same tricks" added to the screen.
"I'm just playing around to see if I've still got it," Biles told viewers. The Olympian then showed several takes of herself doing flips on the mat as a friend filmed. Biles can be heard laughing and quipping things like, "Oh no!" and "Aye, a cramp!"
After a few flips, Biles jokingly passed out on the mat and said, "No, it feels like I just did a floor routine," when her friend asked if she was okay.
Addressing the camera again, Biles said, "Whew, whew, I'm done. I feel like I just competed a floor routine. I can't breathe, so I'm leaving," she added before blowing a kiss to the camera.
Biles captioned the video, "scheduling a massage ASAP 😅."
The official USA Gym account commented, "*does in fact still got it*" on the post. Other fans noticed how young gymnasts can be seen in the background of the video excitedly watching Biles flip around. One user commented, "imagine going into practice and simone biles is just casually seeing it she's still got it."
Biles' fellow gold medalist in gymnastics Max Whitlock commented, "Your gunna hurt tomorrow 😂."

One week prior, Biles' teammate Jordan Chiles announced she'll be returning to the Games with the help of NBA legend Michael Jordan. The basketball icon provided a voiceover for Chiles' announcement video, telling fans she's returning "because there's still more to give."
"Why her? Because she's that girl," Jordan continued in the voiceover. "Some decisions don't need to be made. Just one more bet. On herself."
