ISLAMABAD, Aug 07 (APP):Three foreign nationals arrested in a case pertaining to alleged illegal buying and selling of human organs have approached the Islamabad High Court (IHC) seeking post-arrest bail. Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir heard separate petitions filed by Li Gang Sai, Ping Fei Guo and Wang Bao. Barrister Yawar Gardezi appeared on behalf of the petitioners. The counsel submitted that similar bail petitions were already pending before another bench of the High Court. Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir observed that the concerned judge was currently on summer vacation and the matter could take around a month. The counsel requested that the petitions also be transferred to the bench of Justice Muhammad Azam Khan. The court subsequently forwarded the case file to the Chief Justice's Office for consideration of the request for a change of bench. The cases against the accused were registered by the FIA Corporate Crime Circle. The trial court had already dismissed their post-arrest bail applications.
