Notre Dame defensive tackle Jason Onye will be out several weeks with a sprained ankle injury suffered in Sunday's 41-13 victory over Wisconsin in Lambeau Field. The 6-foot-5, 295-pound defensive tackle missed the entire second half of the game due to the injury and is expected to miss multiple games. "Tae (Johnson) and Jason will be out a couple of weeks," coach Marcus Freeman said. "We expect them to be back at some point in the season."Here's Notre Dame's depth chart ahead of Rice. Luke Talich will start for Brauntae Johnson (left foot injury) and Tionne Gray will replace Jason Onye (left ankle injury). pic.twitter.com/UOzPzk8Dv6Onye will be replaced in the starting lineup by junior Oregon transfer Tionne Gray. Pitt transfer Francis Brewu also must continue to play at a high level. "We're going to rely on them a lot," coach Marcus Freeman said. "They played really well."
