A man has been sentenced to 10 months in prison after admitting to three counts of indecent exposure in Spalding. Slavcho Iliev, 34, of Monks Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to three counts of intentionally exposing his genitals to cause alarm or distress under the Sexual Offences Act 2003. Lincoln Crown Court He pleaded guilty at a hearing on August 11, and was sentenced at Lincoln Crown Court today (September 8). The court heard how Iliev had carried out the exposures toward three separate victims on March 3 and 17, and April 18 of last year. The officer in charge of this case, detective constable Helen Rochford, said: "This offender has been brought before the courts because victims had the confidence to report these incidents. 'It is essential that such behaviour is reported so that those responsible can be held accountable and measures can be taken to prevent further offending, helping to keep women and girls safe in our communities.' The vehicle Iliev was seen driving was reported to Lincolnshire Police, which helped officers identify and locate him. He was also served a sexual harm protection order, and will be required to sign the sex offenders' register for 10 years.
