ST. LEONARD, Md.
— Emergency crews are responding to a two-vehicle crash with multiple reported injuries in St. Leonard Monday afternoon.
The collision was reported around 2:46 p.m. Sept. 7 at Western Shores Boulevard and St. Leonard Road.
Initial reports indicate two SUVs were involved and three patients are being evaluated for injuries. At least some of those involved reported being hurt.
No one was trapped, pinned or thrown from either vehicle, and no vehicle fire was reported.
Crews also reported a small antifreeze leak from one of the vehicles.
Fire and EMS units, including two ambulances and a rescue squad, were sent to the scene.
The extent of the patients' injuries and whether anyone will require transportation to a hospital have not yet been confirmed.
Drivers should use caution in the area while emergency personnel remain at the scene.
