Three Vehicles Collide on Highway 111 in Palm Springs

Three vehicles collided Monday on Highway 111 in Palm Springs, injuring one person and blocking one lane of the northbound highway. The collision was reported to the California Highway Patrol at 8:41 a.m. Monday. One minor injury was reported, according to the CHP, though further details about the victim were not immediately available. Debris from the crash and spilled gas from a plastic container blocked the far left lane of the highway, according to a CHP traffic incident log.
