国内金利が再び上昇（債券価格は下落）している。長期金利の指標となる新発10年物国債利回りは前週に節目の3%を超えたが、日本の財政政策に対する米国のけん制が国内金利の押し下げにつながった。ただ、底流にある財政懸念は変わらず、金利上昇圧力がかかりやすい相場環境は続きそうだ。
