Groupe Okwind ( (FR:ALOKW) ) just unveiled an update. Groupe OKWIND has appointed Olivier Dattin as Chief Administrative and Financial Officer, bringing more than 30 years of finance experience and a strong track record in change, performance and transformation management across industrial, services and medico-social sectors. His arrival, following the contribution of outgoing executive Gilles Bidermann, is intended to strengthen the group's organizational and financial capabilities as it pursues its growth strategy and role as a committed player in France's energy transition, supporting the creation of sustainable value for stakeholders. CEO Marie-Sylvie Bertail highlighted Dattin's expertise in international industrial groups as a key asset for continuing the company's development in intelligent self-consumption energy systems.
