LAHORE - The Punjab government has carried out a major administrative reshuffle, transferring and posting 20 Assistant Commissioners across different districts besides making changes involving senior provincial officers. According to notifications issued by the Services and General Administration Department (S&GAD) on Friday, several Assistant Commissioners have been transferred with immediate effect and posted at new stations. Samina Bashir, Assistant Commissioner Naushera, has been transferred and directed to report to the Administration Wing of S&GAD. Ammar Anwar has been posted as Assistant Commissioner Naushera. Muhammad Amir, Assistant Commissioner Shalimar, Lahore, has been transferred and directed to report to the Services Wing, while Rabia Altaf has been posted as Assistant Commissioner Shalimar. Muhammad Javed Mumtaz Lakhvera, Assistant Commissioner Chichawatni, has been transferred to the Administration Wing, while Ghazanfar Naveed, Collector (Consolidation), Lahore, has been posted as Assistant Commissioner Chichawatni. Touseef Hassan, Assistant Commissioner Muridke, has been transferred to the Services Wing, while Zaheer-ud-Din Babar has been posted as Assistant Commissioner Muridke. Rohit Kumar, Assistant Commissioner Khanewal, has been posted as Assistant Commissioner Mankera. Muhammad Abid Sarwar, Assistant Commissioner Haroonabad, has been posted as Assistant Commissioner Khanewal, while Babar Suleman has been posted as Assistant Commissioner Haroonabad. Muhammad Azam Gopang, Assistant Commissioner Bahawalnagar, has been transferred to the Administration Wing. Muhammad Faisal Waleed Soomro, Assistant Commissioner Dunyapur, has been posted as Assistant Commissioner Bahawalnagar. Muhammad Junaid Khan, Assistant Commissioner Taunsa, has been posted as Assistant Commissioner Dunyapur, while Muhammad Asghar Iqbal, Assistant Commissioner Kahror Pacca, has been posted as Assistant Commissioner Taunsa. Iqra Umer, a Section Officer in the Home Department, has been posted as Assistant Commissioner Kahror Pacca. Waqas Zafar, Assistant Commissioner Multan (Saddar), has been transferred to the Administration Wing, while Azka Sahar, Assistant Commissioner Multan (City), has been posted as Assistant Commissioner Multan (Saddar). Mukarram Sultan, Assistant Commissioner Jalalpur Pirwala, has been posted as Assistant Commissioner Multan (City), while Muhammad Saad Sohaib Sarwar, currently at the disposal of the Director General, Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA), has been posted as Assistant Commissioner Jalalpur Pirwala. Separately, Syed Ayub Bukhari, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Municipal Services), Kasur, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue), Bahawalnagar. Muhammad Azhar Tariq has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner (Headquarters), Kasur. Ayesha Ahmad, Additional Secretary, Irrigation Department, has been transferred and placed at the disposal of the Punjab Revenue Authority on deputation for further adjustment. Jamshaid Iqbal, Deputy Secretary, Regulations Wing, S&GAD, has been posted as Deputy Secretary, Food Safety and Consumer Protection Department. In another federal notification, BS-19 Pakistan Administrative Service officer Khalid Parvaiz, currently posted under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, has been transferred and his services placed at the disposal of the Government of Punjab with immediate effect and until further orders. Meanwhile, Saqlain Saleem, Personal Staff Officer to the Chief Minister Punjab, has been transferred and directed to report to S&GAD to proceed on ex-Pakistan study leave. Muhammad Ibrahim Shah has been posted as Personal Staff Officer to the Chief Minister in his place. The notifications stated that the transfers and postings would take effect immediately. Tags:
