CM Pays Tribute To Security Forces For Killing 37 Terrorists In Balochistan

QUETTA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Aug, 2026) Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti on Friday expressed satisfaction over successful operations against terrorists in Mastung, Mach, Khuzdar and Panjgur and paid tribute to the security forces for killing 37 anti-peace elements. He said that elimination of 37 terrorists in Balochistan is a great success, the professionalism, bravery and timely actions of the security forces are commendable. The chief minister mentioned that the sacrifices of the security forces and law enforcement agencies in the war against terrorism are a reflection of the nation's resolve. He said that operations against terrorist networks have effectively damaged the capabilities of peace-loving elements, every attempt to harm the peace of Balochistan under Indian patronage would be thwarted. 'Terrorist elements will not be allowed to disrupt the lives and development process of the people of Balochistan', he said and added that Intelligence-based operations and effective measures would continue until terrorism is completely eradicated for interest of durable peace of the province. He said that sustainable peace in Balochistan is among the top priorities of the provincial government, state institutions would continue their struggle with the support of the nation until the scourge of terrorism is completely eliminated.
