CROWLEY, La. (KLFY) — Crowley Police have identified the man killed in the shooting in Crowley on Saturday.
The victim was identified as Patrick Tramaine Robinson, 33, of Crowley.
Officials said the shooting occurred around 12:20 a.m. Saturday as Robinson was driving from the Westwood Subdivision onto Marcel Thomas Avenue.
Multiple people opened fire on Robinson's vehicle from an area near railroad tracks and dense brush east of the roadway, causing him to flee before crashing several blocks away, investigators said.

Robinson was pronounced dead at the scene, officials said.
Detectives are asking anyone who witnessed the shooting, observed suspicious activity in the area or holds information regarding the incident to contact authorities.
