近日，商务部、工信部、市场监管总局联合发布《汽车行业境外竞争行为与合规建设指引》，希望重点规范中国汽车公司在海外开展的定价、渠道、促销、宣传等经营行为。
这是监管部门及时出手制止企业在'出海'过程中出现的无序竞争苗头，对境外生产安全、质量管理、售后服务等本地化合规经营能力提出要求。
中汽中心解读称，《指引》有助于防止非理性竞争延伸至海外，淘汰粗放竞争模式，有利于中国车企在出海过程中补齐体系化短板。
