Loretta Broker,

Dear Editor,
I have attended many Bible study sessions at the Missouri River Regional Library along with 20-30 other people. I am so impressed with the many venues our public library provides for its patrons of all ages, from children's story hours, to yoga, to movies and so much more.
But now, Cole County has taken over the library's parking lot, so we have no parking other than on the street where we have to pay. A problem with that is we can only put two hours at a time and have to walk a long way when there are so many of us attending the same event.
This is outrageous and needs to be corrected. All libraries are essential to every community and free parking should be provided. I hope this letter will provoke enough people to speak up and get this unfair decision changed.
