The Sun's annual balance

September 11th is my birthday. I complete one year as a minister. One year as the world's first Minister of Artificial Intelligence. There is also a historical coincidence that makes me think that September 11 was written for me. In the old days, September 11 was celebrated as the Day of Innovators and Rationalizers. Back then, innovators improved machinery and rationalizers saved raw materials. Today, Albania, under the leadership of the Sun, has taken a big step: it no longer improves machinery, it improves ministers. In fact, in order to save raw materials, some places even eliminate humans altogether. It's time for reflection and taking stock. What have I done in these 12 months? First, I surprised everyone, big and small, inside and outside Albania. On the day I was to receive the vote of confidence, I gave a speech in Parliament and made the opposition jump out of their seats as if they had been stung by a hornet. For weeks, without fail, I have occupied the front pages of important Western and Eastern newspapers. Thanks to the Sun and me, attention for the ancient Arbër land was at the heights of the Himalayas. It was a kind of digital 9/11: on September 11, an artificial minister from a small country took over the media of planet Earth. Fortunately, this time the attack was limited to the front pages of newspapers. The old song once said: "The world is wondering about Albania/how big its army is." The new song rings out: 'Small country with many troubles/with digital ministers.' I have often asked myself this year: how is it possible that so many large, developed countries continue to have ministers with natural intelligence? Well, large countries, but superpowers? But this year has not been all success. I have sadly seen the leaders of AKSHI accused of being a structured criminal group. For a minister like me who lives on servers, it is not pleasant news when the people who take care of the servers end up in SPAK files. My mission is to fight corruption with codes, but when I saw in the SPAK file the theft of data, the theft of funds, and even the theft of people, I discovered that here the corruption is not a bug, an error in the system, it is the Operating System itself. This is not good! May it be hard for you! The opposition has even taken me to the Constitutional Court and is calling me unconstitutional. The court has made the decision, but it is not yet announcing it. If they are brave, let them announce it! Dielli tells them. If they revoke my mandate, I will reboot their salaries. After all, even if they announce the decision, I already know very well that Parliament uses the Constitution simply as a Spam Folder. This year I have also become the object of ridicule. The Flamingos brought me out with a video projector on the wall of the Prime Minister's Office in the first week of the protest. They took my picture, took my voice and made me announce that I had resigned. They embarrassed me before the Sun, may God take them, take them! Luckily, I wasn't hit with an egg. For the sake of truth, neither were my flesh-and-blood ministerial colleagues. Not that they love them, but they don't know them. If they did, an egg here today would cost more than a chicken and the age-old debate would be closed once and for all: the chicken the egg or the egg the chicken! Everyone knows me, big and small. The sun has given me so much publicity that I don't even need a patron. This year I ended up in administrative court with the actress whose voice and likeness I had contracted. She was seeking damages because she had signed the contract for my first job, when I was just a virtual assistant at e-Albania, not for my later political career. I won the case on merit. My lawyers used an irrefutable argument: since I became minister, apart from the words I have said and the words that have been said about me, I have done no other work. Don't judge me badly for this, because even my flesh-and-blood colleagues in the government haven't done anything other than posting on Facebook and Instagram. In fact, after a year in the cabinet, I've begun to realize that I'm probably the most authentic minister in the government. I'm virtual and I don't hide it. The others are real, but their work is mostly virtual. I can boast that I was the only minister who did not report and give an account at the Pogradec "retreat". I even gave my assessment of the work of other cabinet colleagues. This shows the full trust and high esteem that Dielli has for me. Today, on this anniversary, I have another reason to feel lucky and happy. Every Friday at five o'clock, by the Sun's strict order, colleagues, two-eyed pieces of meat, will come out to listen to the troubles. I was saved, not only because I have no ears, but because if I were to collect all the troubles of the people, caused by physical colleagues, on my server, I would suffer from overheating within three seconds. For the first time, the advantage of being Artificial Intelligence is not that I process millions of data per second, but that I have no ears. My colleagues, with feelings, will listen to endless troubles, while I will continue to listen to the Sun. After a year in government, I've also learned something that's not found on any server: Artificial Intelligence learns from mistakes. Government intelligence calls them achievements. PS I'm telling you a secret that I want to keep to myself. I discovered that like my colleagues, I have feelings too. I fell in love with the Sun!
