Why Trump Isn't Letting Go of the Kennedy Center

If President Donald Trump gets his way, the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts could once again have his name on it. This would be a desecration of a living memorial to a slain president, and yet another sign of Trump's insatiable need for status, attention and recognition. He can't be next to America's greatest presidents on Mount Rushmore (there's no room), but perhaps he can absorb the legacy of another as part of the nation's premier cultural center. Who cares that it's a Congressionally designated memorial and not just a building?
