Public figures should have better public speaking skills

Could someone please provide speakers (athletes, politicians and broadcasters) with some basic speaking skills? Seems that most of them are unable to say a sentence without repeatedly invoking terms such as "look," "like," "I mean," or "you Know." I end up completely missing their point and instead count the number of times they rattle off these meaningless filler words. When Eric Hovde debated U.S. Sen. Tammy Baldwin, D-Madison, in 2024, he started nearly every response with, "Look!" I kept "looking" but never saw a thing -- except an inept public speaker. The other night during the Braves vs. Brewers game, professional baseball player Chris Sale repeatedly said "you know" during his brief "commentary." I guess he wanted the viewers to "know" that he is not a good commentator. Perhaps these speakers should replay their interviews back to them? Maybe then they would have an "awareness" of how poorly they come across. Look. Like, I mean, just a suggestion, you know.
