El Registro Nacional de las Personas fue anfitrión del XXIII Encuentro del Consejo Latinoamericano y del Caribe de Registro Civil, Identidad y Estadísticas Vitales (CLARCIEV), celebrado en Tegucigalpa, que sirvió para debatir el fortalecimiento de la identidad y el registro civil en la región y conocer soluciones digitales, como la Billetera Electrónica lanzada por el Gobierno hondureño.
