Letter: How far we've fallen

Prefer us on Google I have to admit I never saw this one coming. The year is 2026, and we have loads of otherwise normal women defending a woman who murdered her three children. Her method? Strangulation. Yet these women scream hormones and make TikTok's about how hard motherhood is. Can they imagine how hard it was for those innocent babies who had to endure pain and death at the hands of the women whom they trusted to protect them? The TikToks are about as disturbing as they can get. In this messed-up world, where up is down and down is up, I'm the mean one who refuses to empathize with her. What is wrong with these women? They call themselves feminists. Do they realize they've set the movement back and that a female president will probably never happen now? As a matter of fact, the precedent is set that if a woman is diagnosed with postpartum depression, then it would be prudent to remove the children from the home. In fact, it sets a precedent to repeal the 19th Amendment. If women can't control themselves when their hormones are acting up, then feminists have a problem, don't they? I've always been a feminist, but my version of feminism has long been smashed. I was a proud stay-at-home mom when my kids were young. It wasn't because I was incapable; it was because I wanted to raise my children, and I saw motherhood as the greatest gift from God. I still do. I don't understand how a woman, whose husband works at home, has psychiatric help and a full-time nanny, can cry victim after she killed her kids.
