Kürzlich wollte ich in meiner Zahnarztpraxis anrufen, um einen Termin zu ändern. Ganz altmodisch wählte ich die Nummer. Es klingelte. Ich ging davon aus, dass niemand antworten und höchstens ein Anrufbeantworter anspringen würde, der mich auffordert, es später noch einmal zu probieren oder eine Nachricht zu hinterlassen.
