Carbon road/light gravel wheels opinions / options (moonglu?)

Image
I quite fancy some new wheels for road duties on my Fairlight Secan. I've never splashed out on carbon before so have a few questions to sanity check my thinking. I'm riding mostly on middling quality Somerset B roads so the lower rim weight to help me get up the stupidly steep hills and the probable placebo effect of being ✨carbon✨ and feeling efficient, plus the fact they can go on C2W, are the main benefits I am after rather than out and out speed or aerodynamics. At the moment I have my eye on this handbuilt set from moonglu and forum searches come up favourably, though none are recent from what I can tell. I quite fancy them as I can get the purple hubs to match my headset and seat clamp. Does anyone have first hand experience with wheels from moonglu? Or any other suggestions of where I should look, ideally with Hope Pro 5 hubs and on C2W. TYVM
